Artisian Cheesemaking Article

Here is a great article about artisan cheesemaking and and its history along with information about our area and its cheesemaking.  Joe along with Haverton Hill is mentioned in the article on page 10.  (just a blurb) but its still pretty neat, I am super proud of him.  Great article to read to learn a little about cheese
